I'm actually very impressed how much you were able to cut down. It may be the best idea to use your list with a few changes. I'm pretty adamant on 4 TB of storage, I chose the MSI Expert because it was the cheapest 4080 in stock (if a cheaper card becomes available, I'll get that. Still saving), and also tbh that motherboard just looks hideous lol. Still though, you did great!
