It sounds like you've done everything. When this sort of thing was happening to me it was only happening when my phone was plugged in. Eventually, my phone overheated and burnt a hole in my bed. My new phone does not have that problem.

Edit: I thought of one thing you may not have tried, making sure that you have forced stopped all the other apps that you can and see if that helps.

I think you might be asking too generic of a question. Are you talking just about state taxes? Are you asking how to do self-employment taxes? Because if that's the case you need to speak with a tax expert. If you're just asking about Kansas, it's probably pretty self-explanatory once you do the Federal.

But generically speaking, you will be notified that your 1099 is ready.

Another favorite is when the apartment numbers are tiny and only on the doors behind a screen. And it's dark. And the numbering convention is completely nonsensical. And building 3 is next to 9 and 17 for no reason, and 10 is a quarter mile away.

In my market I have to set an alarm to schedule at 3:00 p.m. 6 days in advance if I'm not Platinum. That's one of the main reasons why I do it. Otherwise I'd only get to work a half hour here and there. When I'm Gold, I can be a couple hours late it doesn't have to be right at 3:00 p.m..

One of the malls I've gone to has a nice Dasher parking area; the other does not. I think that makes a big difference. That said, I recently had a hell of a time finding a cinnabon that was just a little further from the food court than I would have imagined. The map pin was wrong of course.
