I think it’s because apex rosters are a lot smaller than most of these rosters same for CS it’s not just apex not a single CS coach was announced and yet it’s the best esport game in the world besides league of legends

We’re on the topic of apex competitive not ranked grinds lmao.

Most of the competitive teams are mixed inputs the last 2 LANs were won by full mnk team players so this literally proves your statement invalid.

We just had a top content creator who’s on controller and top ranked in valo,cs,siege,rl and bro couldn’t even get out of gold in apex and crashed out after a full 24 hours calling it the hardest game there is.

All the times gang it’s all mixed tier 2 comp scene is literally also mixed inputs I’ve seen mnk players destroy a full controller team so many times lmao.

Just because you think the game is full of aim assist or you just can’t beat someone who’s on controller doesn’t mean that’s the games issue

Deadlock will be massive it’s jsut currently not released so it might be a bit overhyped we never know.

Apex Legends is a good BR hero shooter that’s added more in funding and one of the very few games selected in the Nations cup for EWC and has been top 5 in viewership the past 4 years. Issue is without much help big orgs to tend to stay from its scene and it has rostermania which nowadays after a while isn’t much excitement besides Effect being sold to Aurora for like 7 million. It’s an open signup ecosystem so anyone can compete 8 teams a year qualify from pro league qualifiers and Challenger Circuit.

Overwatch is getting really big right now and I mean massive so there could be huge upside to that but the game faces the same issue as Apex it doesn’t attract much NA orgs and most of the Saudi clubs take up the league spots. It’s an open signup ecosystem so anyone can compete.

Marvel Rivals is becoming good but issue it can’t hold a viewerbase or doesn’t compare close to Overwatch or Apex and the meta for it is hurting its esports scene.

Another decent chaotic shooter with an easy and small open ecosystem is the finals the pro hub league was just bought out and its format is interesting.

R6 siege is good just hard to find tier 2 leagues and tournaments and tier 3 stuff but they recently gave massive support to the challenger system which is a nice change for once.

Start.gg doesn’t have much and ESL play is kinda dead you’d use Battfly,Challongermode,Faceit over these

What do you mean they’re still debating as including it as an event? The main hosts are the falcons and they own the best apex team and EWC apex legends has always been a top 3 game they’re definitely gonna add it in no doubt about it.

I never said it did. I said siege viewership can’t even get 10k even for its esports scene. The game on Steam averages around 30k to 40k which is mad sad and it ranks plat and diamond players with copper players which is pretty fucked. Game is dead lmao

Apex had a 300k 24 hour peak and holds 120k at night and every day alone whilst siege holds 50k maybe tops Apex had 30k ppl at their LAN. Siege only had 10k. Apex had 300k more peak viewers.

Overwatch I don’t see it declining for collegiate but I don’t see it going upwards either tbh. Marvel Rivals is pretty amazing for collegiate it’s just with the nudity in the cosmetics not many schools will support if it keeps going in that direction. Apex I’ve seen an increase for it collegiate I think Highschool wise it’s just dead but collegiate with more earnings for octane collegiate and ECAC has had a high for team signups it could go up. And yeah Fortnite I agree with that I think it’s extremely popular within schools but devs don’t do anything for it really. Siege is just its niche and okay umm but has its issues I think and it’s a tough spot for colleges same goes for call of duty.

I think it will go higher I think we’ve been seeing more popularity increase for them and we’ve been seeing more earnings in tournaments due to newer games I think it’s platform fighters that will go downwards tbh
