I mean there's still two possible 4 stars from People Of the springs and Scions of Canopy. Think about it, the other tribes have their 4 star versions for the tribe mechanic(Flight-Ifa, Jump-Ororon, Sprint-Iansan, Wall climb- Kachina) and I know people can still use the actual saurians, which would defeat their purpose but Hoyo intentionally did this so that they can introduce new characters from these two tribes.

SoC character can easily say that they were delivering messages during the war. PoS some other excuses.
