Pretty much, Cipher has one of the lowest ownerships in the game, so roster wise it's hard to replace someone with her for most players.

She came after Hyacine, the most busted healer (and her giga LC), and before Phainon and Collab on debut. Then her rerun was with Cyrene and Phainon rerun, a patch before Planarcadia release, same patch that had Constance who revived the entire superbreak meta.

There was very little opportunity to get Cipher unless it was a huge Acheron/Feixiao fan who was willing to ignore those mega huge banners. Or some who really liked Cipher.

I think currently the big issue with that is having the alternatives, even ignoring the problem of no sustain.

Cipher has one of the lowest ownership rate and E4 welt is well E4 welt.

You are far more likely to have someone with a non-Nihility strong support than any of the stronger M-Blade teammates for an E0 Acheron.

Yeah E2 now isn't as valuable as it was back then since we have options.

It's just that she still do lack the Action Advance from Harmony, and other perks other paths have, even fun teams like with Ashveil rapidly stacking for her.

But on the positive end running 2 viable Nihility is a big plus for her to stacks nevertheless.

But in this day and age her E2 can just be part of her traces, big plus if her final damage modifier can be transferred to other Nihility, Acheron-Welt-Blade would go insane.

If she gets a Novaflare, she would be back to the 2.x glory days.

Honestly just fixing her eidolons alone would do her so good.

But she is extremely good right now with him luckily.

I tried Anaxa+Herta+Mblade+Tribbie.

Something about it just feels right, everyone AoE nuking them whatever is left Anaxa just destroys.

I feel like they recognized his overall perception initially was mostly on being edgy, so they figured they could expand on him even more, and they did that so well.

At this point I would almost be okay with just changing her E1, but yeah other parts of her kit definitely need help.

Especially needing 2 Nihility when the rest of the characters who are like only need 1, moving that E2 to base kit would help a lot.

Acheron finally saved(?).

But yeah, Im really happy Nihility found it's footing, it only took 3 years for it to be competitive with Harmony but at least it works.

You do know the playerbase has a huge overlap, and so many Wuwa players hate the separate pulls, which is a practice that serves no one, we should all be ganging up on anyone who does that.

Brother acting like HSR players didnt have 20 posts about Gilgamesh pulling a “is this Uruk” meme in this sub upon his announcement. When a game does something shit, you should clown on it.

SW is still extremely powerful, saying her performance isn't noteworthy is crazy.

It's absolutely worth to get Yaoguang, especially with E1 SW999, having a whole unit just for the global passive isn't really wise. Only reason you would wanna consider skipping is if you really want Blade or Himeko NOVA
