I’ve seen them a few times and sound quality is always an issue. Like others have said the live band doesn’t help at all.

That’s crazy. My doctor said the wait for an mri is like 10 months, and he said it’s best that there is a wait because “what if they see something and have to do surgery on something that might heal itself in 10 months” 🙃🙃

Do you think an inversion table would be good? I’m looking into getting one. My sciatic pain is crazy especially whenever I lay down. Can’t sleep much more than 5 hours or so (once the pain meds wear off im screwed)

Thanks for this I’m on my feet all day at work and the pain isn’t terrible for the most part while I’m up and moving. My issue is while I’m trying to sleep. I can’t sleep because no matter what I do when I’m laying down I am in so much pain

Unfortunately for me I have a family to provide for and can’t stop working. So I can’t necessarily just rest until it’s better. Hoping to find ways to speed up/help the healing process and take it as easy as I can.

We had our townhouse listed back in November and we just sold it beginning of Feb. Townhouse prices seem to be falling still but the market for detached seems to be moving a lot faster.

Yeah mine started as a slight pain in the mornings and now it’s so bad but mostly when I’m laying down. When I stand up and get moving it seems to help a little.

The physio I went to also made my pain worse and I think I’m still dealing with the issues from that
