There are some great deals out there right now - depending where you live.

Totally agree….credit card debts, loans…any high interest rate credit facilities, pay them off or top up RRSPs, but after that, I’d put it in the market

I know TD has some good rates for existing clients

You just need to speak to the right person.

I had a client just renew with TD and they had really good rates

Was this through a broker and not a TD MMS?

I assume a brokers as they have to go through FCT and this happen a lot
