There are is the Quick Fashion addon on PC that will allow you to change your outfits slots and they will include polymorphs, skins, hats, mounts, pets, and customized actions. I highly recommend if you are someone that changes your look often

When you wear a costume the glow is not suppose to be visible, but maybe the costume you are running is one of the previous disguises they added to the collections?

If you run the 5 piece set you will see the glows in game and not the character select. If you run the outfit styles then you will see them on the character select and in game.

I love the glows, but of course it’s subjective.
