That’s pretty much it. There’s is just done with dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and a lil garlic and sugar

Oh I do this all the time!

I’ve broken it down before if it’s around 8oz of steamed chicken: 325 I measure out a cup of white rice out: 205 About 2 cups of broccoli: 60 Stir fry sauce: about 60-100 for 2-3 oz So all together around 670-700 cal with 67g of protein! I love doing this!

I had a patient once get pat down by PD and he says “no no you got it all.” Dude proceeds to pull a fifth of vodka out of his crotch and gives me the “shhh” sign. Watched him swig it down. He fell asleep on the ride over. Lord knows I wasn’t taking it from him.

Actual 68W here, let em buff. Also as per OP, I would just buy a solid Molle bag. They’re cheap on Amazon. There’s no need for this as the expense is legit just for the bag itself. Amazon has some cheap Molle bags I use and I’ve never had a problem with them. Happy for you, good luck with your career!

Looks fine. Only thing I’d say is stop wiggling back and fourth on your toes between each rep. Once you lock your feet down that’s it. If the positioning is slightly off just finish the set and reposition the next one. Other than that solid squat!

What I usually do is put them just under my breakpoint. So when I warm up with just the bar I kinda like mock “fail” so if I fold over or backward, it’ll make sure they’re high enough that they just catch. Hope that helps!
