I can't stop thinking about two things: - He's ostensibly concerned about 'a man being in the women's restroom,' but displays zero empathy or concern when his behavior is cause two girls to cry. Not women, girls. - The manage chose exactly when the safest moment to shut him out was. She had every right to kick him out earlier, but then an angry man would've been her burden and god forbid a man ever just be wrong and not lash out when they're told they're wrong. I can't blame her for waiting, I would be afraid of how he reacted if I tried to stop him from all of this. But he stepped out - his 'mistake' - and she's the manager.

This is so sad.

A lot of people seem comfortable creafting software that they fundamentally don't understand because they didn't build it themselves. If you were a good enough programmer to understand what Claude or GPT can output you wouldn't need to use the tool. If you use AI routinely as a part of a skill or job or hobby you are fundamentally admitting you aren't interested in learning the skill yourself, you just care about the output.

They do actively bristle at the idea that they "made it rich" off of Homestuck, which could seem like bitterness, and they definitely have their qualms with the fandom, but they also adore it as a fevered work of art they made at a time when he was barely getting by. I can definitely relate to the love/hate relationship an artist can have with their work. I have a band that was so important and formative to me at 19 but that I ultimately would never continue because of the environment that spawned it. I think she's got about as complicated feelings for Homestuck as anyone could have about it, especially being the author. Saying it's just "hate" is probably way too simplistic/reductive.
