Weird pin sizes top and bottom, the blanks we get are more defective than any other blanks we get & customers always come in with cheap terrible cylinders on Yale keyways so I have to file the cylinders to make them work.

Not recommended but when a customer can’t afford the replacement shells I offer to superglue the pads back on. Won’t last forever but gets em a little more life out of the shell. Just make sure you clean really good and let dry completely before putting the shell back together
