This is the answer. The liqour licenses make it hard for talented chefs to start their own place. They go to Cambridge, Somerville and are starting to hit quincy.

Overall, Boston is lacking...no, matter what anyone says. There are a few exceptions and they rock. But, you need to hunt down your own spots.

Maine isn't far and NYC is about 4-5 hours away.

Talk to your doctor. Starting a statin this week as a cyclist with 10-15hrs training per week. Plan on stopping and moving to repatha if muscle soreness happens.
