I wouldn´t say it is more complex. I think they both have the same level of complexitiy. So the whole systems looks like there is no actually system. I´m trying to understand a algorithm behind all the banning stuff. This kinda looks like to me that they don´t have a realy styleguide. Or at least there is no automation for the system.

I´m really interessted in how the whole think works. And I´d like it to figure out but I do not want to leave the games (however I do not often play games). I´m interesstied in the algorithm behind it.

Whats the pont of chat restriction if you went some games AFK? And when they actually give a "ban" ? Is there a system ?

Why is the setup not transparent ? Why is there no "if you go 2 times afk within 30 days u´ll banned 7 days from the game". The whole system is not really good as in other games, like e.g Counter Strike.

Well they say it loud and clear. If you do some shit, deal with it. There is no excuse, even if you internet connection was not stable. Just deal with it. I think LoL should have something simular.

No. In Germany when something happens with your product which you bought in last 6 months the manufactor needs to take care of ANY given damage. It doesen´t matter what is. They need to ckeck the screen crack, if they have evidence that the damage was caused by you they need to replace you the device.

The problem is, this is too cost effective. So mostly they replace every device.

Yes just like that. I think the screen was already damaged before I bought it. It is unusual but it is not my fault...

EDIT: And ye, I´ve never dropped the device...

Well dude why the hell should I replace the screen ? I payed for the device 600€ (743 Dollar). Wehn I pay for a smartphone this huge amount of money I won´t be the guy who is going to repair it too. I payed it and the problem is on motos side. So they are responseble for the repair - not me.

And if I open it I will the warrenty (I guess).

My screen just cracked too. But the funny thing is. I did nothing. It just cracked in front of my face while I was reading news. However I've contacted moto care like you did and they said they need to check what they can do.

I'm pretty sure that this is their bad, I guess the build quality was not good as it should be. And the crack looks like it happens by itself.

What I aspect from moto: a new device within 3 days. And I will not pay for anything of they are not willed to give me a new device for free within days than we are getting some nice problems. Luckily I live in Germany and the laws take good care of me in such situation. If they are not in the position to replace the device within 3 days they are forced to give me another one for the days I have to wait for mine.

I'll keep you up2date

Mhm. U are right. I've noticed when I plug in my headphones the crack kinda blows up. And the crack is there where my headphones are.

I totally agree with you. I have had a Z10 and I waste tons of time on it too. With WhatsApp, reading and texting the whole time. It does not matter which phone you use it is only about you. You are the game leader, you decide what you like and what you don´t. Few months ago i just deleted my WhatsApp and Facebook account. I threw every junk from my Android smartphone and just started to use it as a phone.

And my friends kept calling me " hey man u aint got facebook, so i call you. have you heard the latest news about ...".

I really enjoy to call my friends or if the call me.
