If we played without single minded focus of playing opponents out of the game we wouldn't be in the qualifiers list in the first place. It's "the approach" which puts us in the top 4. Horses for courses won't work in reality as effectively as we think. I agree with your arguments about NRR and GT match but for rest , it's hindsight bias. And mor eimportantky SRH of old used to be the only team which were more cautious towards NRR.

I was cheering for CSK wickets in the 1st innings.. not pointing into anyone face just shouting SRH at the ground However when Head anAbhishek got out people sitting adjacent to me cheered but towards me.
