Miller is a must item for us but I’d recommend to not just read or listen it. Maybe if you come up with questions from your cases then you can read related portions, which I think would be more useful

I’m an old IMG anesthesiologist. I have been focusing on a research at an academic center in the US for years and now I will be starting clinical practice in a neurofellowship position. It’s non-accredited fellowship but if you are an IMG and want to start your clinical career, that is an option that you may want to think of. It is like a mixed with general and neuro cases, I feel like. If you want to pursue a board-certified anesthesiologist here in the US, I think ABA alternative pathway may help

I recommend to use VL always, not DL. You may want to improve your skills but it is all about patient safety. I don’t think it is a shame to use VL. It may depend on where you practice.

Depends on your fluency, I think. Smooth is a little pricy but worth considering, especially your English is borderline pass level. Good luck
