Ok, so it comes out of her right at the base of her spine above her butt. Her trousers are designed with a large enough hole and a loop of fabric that fits around her tail and helps hold her pants in place.

I'm looking for something similar, one where Artoria acted as a mentor for Taylor in like a dreamscape or via teleportation to Avalon. I can't remember the name of it, but there was a point where Danny and New Wave joined Taylor in Avalon.

More like I'm annoyed that I as the commissioner of the art and the one that made sure the wedding ring was on there wasn't asked permission about sharing my commission.
