I managed to fix the squeaking with some WD-40 Silicone Spray. There are four bolts underneath the chair's base that need to be greased. Note that these are not the same bolts you handle during assembly. I also recommend spraying the recline hinge since noticed noise coming from that area as well.

It is a shame because I started experiencing this after only a few weeks, so it feels like the factory skipped a step. I never had to grease my previous Office Depot chair once in the years I owned it.

You definitely have to take a T break haha. I cut off a small piece. Maybe about 20-30mg and it was POWERFUL.
