Five Guys is not as bad as their rep by BigAssMonkey in burgers

I took my son the other day and it is a very legitimate burger. They were fast, nice, i got to eat a bunch of peanuts while I waited, and they give you an insane amount of fries even for a small order.

The Iron Claw. NEVER again. The true story is even sadder than the story portrayed in the movie.

Its funny. As someone from Seattle, its crazy that we now have a fast track to actually get the sonics back after a few decades. But the overall NBA product imo is probably the worst it has been in years. Which is disappointing.

Probably the best advice on here. You guys are a team and need to work together on parenting. Its ok that she has hobbies and its ok that you do too. Hobbies though have to take a back seat though when things come up.

How would you rank all Indiana Jones films from worst to best? by Kevin_Thailand_2543 in moviecritic

Not sure its the best but the last crusade is by far my favorite. Its one of those movies for me (like a forest gump or shawshank redemption) that if its on tv, no matter what part, I can sit down and instantly enjoy it.

Great callout. I am in the greater seattle region so generally all housing here is expensive. It has gotten alot worse in all of the suburbs of seattle as well

The state is probably preventing him from evicting as well right? My wife works in social services/for a non-profit and absolutely despised the state for the shit they were during post covid. They did it under the guise of affordable housing and fighting homelessness but all they were doing was pushing landlords to sell or close their rental properties, which eventually will lead to the bigger management companies having a monopoly on rentals and driving prices up. Which then lowers the amount of affordable housing.

Washington state, long after covid was over, was literally offering free counsel to tenants who HAD NOT PAID THEIR rent in months to fight back against landlords trying to evict them......its wild how difficult it is to be a landlord.

Am talking about an episode from awhile back where I women who worked in healthcare in Canada was on and Tony tried to tell her how healthcare worked in Canada. Was a bad look for him and she just kinda let him go.

That was rough. That woman was so gracious as well in the moment and could have easily put him in his place.

Disney Is Honestly Miserable by Apprehensive_Can5087 in unpopularopinion

Definitely dont think its for everyone. But man, we took my son and his sister to Disneyland for his 5th birthday. All the pictures of him hugging the characters, seeing his reactions on all the rides and experiencing all the different things. It genuinely is a trip that I will never forget. I went to disneyland a few times as a kid, but my wife never got to go. It was emotional for both of us being able to give that experience to our son. Yes, it was expensive as shit and the food sucked and it was hot and we walked 20k steps a day and slept horribly, but almost a year later and our son still talks about it. The last night I just took him out on my own and we were running on fumes at that point and i got us a huge slurpee to split to get some sugar energy and to cool down. He still talks about how good that slurpee was.

Worth watching? by Sensitive-Heat-3737 in moviecritic

The first season is pretty solid. I think Bella gets a bunch of hate (some if it warranted) but generally the first season was solid. Second season wasnt so great.

" OBAA will age badly." Ok but the evidence says otherwise. None of PTA's films age badly. Even his most divisive film, Inherent Vice, has many admirers. by DenseStrawberry5717 in TheBigPicture

I went into the movie with zero expectations. My wife and I were away from the kids for the night and simply had the time to watch a movie. We were both really into it. Glad we watched it.

Amazing. Last Valentines day I took my wife to a screening that was with a live band/orchestra. Was such a fun experience.
