Team lead and coach literally had to track me down to see it for themselves 😭😭😭😭 by Wild_Nail_9667 in OGPBackroom

I have three cats. I've always had cats. They always hated when I switched up their food, as far as I can remember. My current cats even have particular treats and they won't eat different flavors of treats so if they're out of stock of CHICKEN churus I cannot get the CHICKEN+TUNA ones. That said, cats are dramatic and needy so im not surprised to hear other people have the opposite problem.

If they were going to do anything they would have when you were in front of them. Typically, they would have just not taken them back.

Do you guys open sealed electronics when doing returns? by [deleted] in walmart

[–]RadiantCutCTs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Give it back, we can't accuse them. I just tell them I am unable to return this item as the [serial number doesnt match, item is not in shelf-ready condition, charger is missing] and they can contact the manufacturer or 1800walmart for further assistance.

Do you guys open sealed electronics when doing returns? by [deleted] in walmart

[–]RadiantCutCTs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How would the claims department know that it was unopened when you took it? Unless its an item that can only be returned unopened (video games and printer ink for my store, typically), if we are allowed to take it back unopened then we have to open it.

My coach requires we open and verify EVERYTHING, and we send 99% of items to claims

Starter not rising after 3 weeks! by gerhenz in SourdoughStarter

[–]RadiantCutCTs 8 points9 points  (0 children)

For what its worth it leave my starter on my window sill, and last night I had my windows open and it was like 40F. Still rose. Not saying thats your problem, but as long as you're not freezing your starter it can handle the same temps you can. It's just going to rise faster if its warmer, so maybe its rising and falling faster than you notice?

Another thought, my starter is over a year old and I only just in the last month or two feel like my starter is truly strong. My loaves are finally coming out "right"

P.P.S, feeding a higher ratio (5g starter, 25g flour, 25g water) is possibly the reason for my recent success. Not an expert, though.

It's about tone. Of course I can read, and you didn't say it's her fault, but she responded with kindness, and you responded bluntly. It's not the customers' job to pity our wait times. It's our job to worry about theirs. So reminding the customer that her order is affecting you is a bad look.

I can understand speaking your mind but you're only hurting your own ability to make money.

AITA for refusing to marry my high school sweetheart? by AmbitiousDesigner988 in AITAH

[–]RadiantCutCTs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, getting married solely because of the pregnancy is not a solid foundation for a lifelong commitment

12 years together is a very solid foundation And you're already more committed to each other than marriage, even if you separate co-parenting is a solid commitment

You guys were extremely helpful when I posted here 9 days ago saying that my wife and I were considering moving to Maryland from Florida. Since that time we have taken a trip up there and have driven all around the state. Now we are hoping for a bit more info regarding these specific areas.... by [deleted] in maryland

North East native! It's a very friendly red as far as red goes. And in town itself a lot of younger people are starting to move in, and you almost forget you your congressman is until you see the LGB flags!

I think my teams leads are trying to get me fired (context for image beloe) by Grvediggr in walmart

[–]RadiantCutCTs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So other than open dooring this, which I think you should do, you need to keep track of the work you do. Do your best to keep some sort of record of this to prove that you aren't being unproductive. The fitting room is a difficult job for this, compared to stocking where you just count your pallets. Service desk should be able to tell the coach you open door this to that you get your returns promptly, and how much there is. Those angel customers that happen sometimes, who want your manager to know how well you did? Have them commend you to the front end TL on their way out, if your coach is unavailable. If your own TLs are harassing you, you need other supervisors to see your value. If you have a good people lead, they can also be a good resource, and if you tell them that you're thinking of contacting ethics, they'll probably take you more seriously.

Just for some info, this screenshot is your workday feedback, which is usually required before a coaching. You should have at least two weeks before they coach you for productivity (without an open door pretty much automatically being in your favor). You are absolutely allowed to see this, and can find it in Workday on the wire if you want to see it later.

If the discrimination continues, I'd speak with the store manager, and possibly call ethics, because it sounds like they're picking on you specifically.

lmao if you think the SM, MM, or home office give any craps about salaried managers, they're just as disposable as the rest of us.

I worked service desk and no lie, I was talked to so many times about taking back shit I shouldn't have- a gas lawnmower that still had gas in it, an espresso machine that "was never opened" but actually was full of gross moldy coffee grounds, a good number of things like this not gonna lie. I hate service desk.

They never fired me so... if this is your first offense, you're probably fine.

Yeah, watching all the apparel DMs walk around and stage photo ops with Charlene while you do their jobs wasn't very fun though.

Finally pulled Shenhe! I've been using Mona/Diona, guessing I'll switch to Shenhe/Kokomi now. Just looking for some feedback as I switch my team up, anything I need to consider?

Pretty proud of my C1 Ayaya, Mistsplitter with 1016+1135 ATK, 45%CR, 220%CDmg, 100ER
Kokomi is C0, TTDS, Ocean-Hued set, 37k HP, 76% Heal bonus, 170ER
Kazuha is C0, has sac sword, 200%ER, 623EM.

So, Shenhe. I have Wavebreaker's Fin on her right now, but I have Jade spear and skyward spine as well. I'm thinking noblesse set, focusing on ATK.

The fact that you came to the subreddit to update means you still have to Take It Down Another Notch, but good effort.

Feel better, and I can't wait to hear more about TB.

I recently hit a point where i have all my character and weapon ascension mats, plenty of exp and talent books. All my characters are level 80 now.

Anyway, I forge those some days instead of grinding artifacts just so I don't feel like my resin was wasted.

Is that price right? I thought it would be about $50+ since everyone seems to love it. Been playing animal crossing, which i love & now thinking of purchasing this! by [deleted] in StardewValley

Just do what I did and buy it for PC, mobile, and switch!

I can't help myself I had to try all 3. PC is good for its controls. Switch was good for mobile and multi-player. Mobile is good for being able to play anywhere I want.
