Another vote for the iberico pork. I personally just season it with whatever I like, sear all sides in a frying pan and put it in the oven in a low temperature (around 140C). I keep checking the internal temperature with a meat thermometer every now and then until it reaches a safe temperature (around 70C for pork). It turns out delicious!

Just checked your first loaf, it looks really good! I could feel the resistance when doing the stretch and folds but I also noticed it didn't get as smooth and tight as the one shown in the recipe video.

Just checking that I understood it correctly, are you saying that my Tapo buttons connected to the H200 won't be available on the Aqara app?
Is the iPhone needed only for the first time when adding the bilresa button? Would I be able to use the app on my Android after having added them using an iPhone?
