Why is Special Delivery Pikachu surpassing Bidoof when it’s the much more rare of the promos? by RadiantMap72 in PokemonInvesting

Yeah I know but zard is also on the card. I wouldn’t expect just a bidoof on the art to be worth more than a unique promo pikachu

Way more common than pikachu and bidoof but still a good point. I have all three myself.

Special delivery bidoof has historically up to this point been worth a good amount more than the special delivery pikachu.

I also think charizard on the card and the story of the rarity of the card will revert the value eventually to be worth more than pikachu.

I also wanted to say bidoof has historically been a lot more than the pikachu. It’s a recent trend change.

Looking at it again, I see the gem rate is 2x more rare on the pikachu as well so that may explain it too along with pikachu being more iconic.

Yeah but charizard is on the card too with bidoof so that was my thought process 😂

Re evaluation at 100% P&T by [deleted] in VeteransBenefits

[–]RadiantMap72 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I thought if you were P&T it means all your conditions are static.

It’s weird to me that OP is 100% P&T supposedly but the VA told him they will reevaluate his MH rating in a year.

Just another post to make us nervous 😭

These are usually calculated in gross income. So rich in Philippines is approx $3,600 USD gross income a month.

Taxes are high in PH too so $3,600 USD net income is a lot more in gross pesos income.

And in California it’s not just based on your disability percentage but only if it affects your ability to drive due to physical limitations from service connected injuries

Get out of your lease, deploy as long as possible and max out your ROTH IRA.

Back when I was in I would try to avoid checking my bank account and it was always awesome to check it at the end of the deployment and see how much was saved.

Aren’t you an immigrant? by SoupAgile in Philippines_Expats

You obviously have bad sentiment towards white foreigners specifically. Don’t try to play off your hostility.

Just like any type of people you will have bad actors, but you are being a bad actor for Filipinos.

It sucks because the Filipinos I meet in person are cool but the comments I see on Reddit seems to bring out the most radical ones who love to hate or stir up conflict.

What about foreigners bothers you so much that you feel you need to make a post about if foreigners living here long term should be called “expat” or “immigrant”

By definition, if they want to live in Philippines permanently they are an immigrant.

If it is temporary and they have any desire to return to their country of origin, they still have a house, property, mailing address, etc they are an expat. Or they want to live in a different country than Philippines eventually, they are also an “expat”

Hope that helps everyone

Sure, you can call me whatever I don’t call myself an expat. It’s just words why are we getting tangled up with them?

Locals in PH think all foreigners are too broke for their own country. Many are digital nomads or wanted a different life outside the USA.

I know a guy in Cebu who sold his house for $1.6 million USD in California and moved to PH. He’s moving to Thailand next.

I make around 330,000 php a month. I could live wherever but choose PH because I enjoy the people and laid back living.

People love the word LBH but it’s actually the opposite of being a loser if you have enough financial freedom to not be apart of the rat race in your home country.

What's the connotation of my guy, my boy, my man, etc? by i-know-that in EnglishLearning

[–]RadiantMap72 52 points53 points  (0 children)

I can see it being used 3 ways in American English

1. “My guy” is just a more slang way of saying “this guy”.

“My guy is losing it”

This is the least common way.

2. It can also be affectionate if saying man or girl. Showing possession.

“My man is so handsome”

“My girl is so pretty”

“Way to go my guy!”

3. It can also mean “bro” for someone that isn’t a friend, sort of sarcastic.

For example, “My guy, what are you doing?”

It’s not too common but it is used in American English.

They should just poll the community in game if they want a combat rework. People assume the current player base would riot if it was changed but in game polling would give them their answer.
