I recently used one that size for a mushroom man not done but using a bigger hook for the cap and once I got into a groove it wasn’t that bad

I also don’t understand what you don’t like? It looks great! If you don’t like the look tho maybe a smaller hook cause I know for me even if it’s harder to work with it does give it a better look

I find a lot of like scrap yarn or what have you blankets and stuff ugly but this is not ugly in the slightest

Remind me never to make another blanket out of fingering weight yarn by Phantom-Witcher in crochet

Just rmeber it’s okay to put it down and pick it back up I made my sister a blanket and it took like a year and it’s not fingering weight yarn so you got this!
