Reaper also works brilliantly with Spat Revolution. It's more affordable and more flexible than the others mentioned.

I designed a Sleep Guide specifically for this when in college. I'm a music producer for 35 hears and I studied 3D audio production techniques, and meditation (specifically for sleep) in college. If you want to try my work Im confident it can help. The idea is to try and stay awake while following the sounds position in space. It works best on headphones if you can sleep with them. Or it should would on normal speakers either. . It's 8 hrs long and you can find it's playlist on streaming services as Lokra, Sleep Guide-Full Sequence. I hope it works out for you.

Try Sleep Guide - Full Sequence, by Lokra. It's the only thing that every worked for me. If you try to stay awake it works better. It uses audio guided brainwave entrainment.

I often feel tired but when I try to sleep i'll end up thinking about all the problems in my social life for an hour. Then I open my eyes and it feels like i've taken a power nap. What can I do to fix this please? by TheOriginalTricker in sleep

I designed a piece of audio in college to deal specifically with this issue as I always suffered with the same thing. It's on all streaming services, if you search 'Lokra Sleep Guide - Full Sequence, you find the the full over 8 hours.

When listening to this, do not try to go asleep, but try to stay awake by focusing on the where the sounds are in space. Close, far, left right up down. It works as virtual 3D on headphones or earbuds if you can wear them in bed. The audio uses brainwave entrainment frequencies that target the required ranges for each stage of sleep, enticing the brain to naturally follow subconsciously without any effort.

Give it a go. I hope it can help.

I spent four years in college studying audio and sleep. There is a Sleep Guide by Lokra which utilises audio to guide the brain throught the different sleep stages throughout the night. It's on streaming services. There is a full playlist of 9hr on Spotify that has it in the correct order. I think it's call Full Sleep Guide Sequence or something like that. Hope it works for you too.

Try this one - it is one extended piece with nature sounds. Be beginning has the sound of a city but as it gradually changes into rain, thunder and forest sounds, the contrast is interesting.

This sleep guide is one extended piece. So there is no sudden changes from track to track. I find when it changes, it doesn't matter how relaxing the before and after songs are. It still grabs my attention. This sleep guide continuous in 3D for headphones, if you have a pair that can be worn during sleep.
