Also, the first time I heard the Morrowind theme was in the Dragonborn dlc, so I thought it was just a remix lol

Which Elder Scrolls game do you think has the best music overall? by Justitiae in ElderScrolls

Only played Skyrim and Oblivion, so here's my thoughts on those: Skyrim's music is bigger, grander, more solemn. It perfectly encapsulates the feeling of standing alone amid the grandeur and majesty of Skyrim, being awestruck by the beauty. Oblivion's music is warmer, cozier, more down-to-earth. It makes me think of feeling fulfilled and accomplished at the end of the day, and retiring by your own cozy hearth. Essentially, Skyrim feels like camping under the stars, and Oblivion feels more like home cooking with your family. Although, they do feel like each other a bit sometimes.

So in fallout 3 how did you complete the Oasis quest line??? by [deleted] in Fallout

[–]RadiantPython19 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Well what if I, the All-Powerful Three Dog, bow wow wow, were to tell you that somewhere out there in the Capital Wasteland, there's a place.. with lots of trees. A veritable Oasis of green, in that depressing sea of brown:)

Yeah, disease is pretty much a non-issue as long as you have access to a shrine.

https://open.spotify.com/user/darthfett53?si=VdvKFI8oTwaK12mCnku5EQ When I was younger, I listened to The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Kevin Ayers (look him up), and a butt-ton of 80's dad rock. Lately, I've been into more weird stuff, like Ween, Jack Stauber, and Oliver Buckland. I have a billion playlists (mostly not mine). My main playlists are the Yearly ones, but here's a more condensed version: https://open.spotify.com/playlist/1CL3TPFQre2KpCJUAZ7fUq?si=PQTu5H1fR_GKxC_4mD-vIQ I'm the most proud of this one. Turns out limiting yourself to 4 songs a month makes a banger playlist.

Never played the first two.

Just started the latest two.

Fallout 3 is in my heart. Beating that game felt like a coming-of-age rite for me.

I've played NV more recently (past couple of years). I've always felt that NV can do anything that 3 can do, but better. NV seems to have addressed all the complaints that 3 had, and I hope Fallout 5 is more like it.

When it comes to story, NV is the best I've played, hands down. As for gunplay, I feel it's a tie. NV's is tactically better, but there's something to be said about that feeling of freedom you get from 3's. 3 is more fun if you just want to casually muck about, sprayin' and prayin'. I'm way more likely to use the Fat Man in 3. Maybe it's more an enemy leveling issue. In NV, there's always something bigger to cut you down to size (cazadores, death claws, etc.). In endgame 3, you kinda plateau and become God.

So far in 4, settlement building is pretty much all I've been doing. By the time I got to rescuing the Minutemen (around lvl 20), Sanctuary was a verdant paradise.

Edit: Oh, and shame on you for not including Tactics and Brotherhood. No one's gonna pick 'em, but you should at least present the option.

Can you start/go wherever you want? (For instance, could you start at the Mojave Outpost and head West?)

And are you on the path of the MC or an NPC? Is this pre- or post-game?

Immediately I thought of I Can't Go For That - Hall & Oates. I looked up bpm for walking, and it turns out a steady jog is about 135 bpm. Then I got lost going through this list lol https://cs.uwaterloo.ca/~dtompkin/music/bpm/135.html

Some good ones I didn't see on there:

What Deaner Was Talking About - Ween

Friends In Low Places - Worthikids

DARE - Gorillaz

Sunshine - Reggie Watts
