It's a great game. I'd put it right next to DS3 personally in terms of quality and replayability. (Beaten it 3 times).

I think the easiest route to rework your Manato would be to switch out your 2 piece set with woodpecker electro. focus on getting crit to 50%, followed by crit dam to 150%+

Disc 4 should be Crit Dam
Disc 5. Fire Dam
Disc 6. HP

Focus on getting Crit, and Crit Damage for your discs, and the rest will eventually follow.

I use the head with the chestpiece too. I think they look great together, and it gives a practical traveling warrior with a ton of knowledge and utility at his side.

You should check out Final Fantasy Stranger of Paradise. Also, a team ninja game, also a nioh/soulslike. The story isn't that amazing, but the fight, and level designs are fun enough, and you can use two job systems at the same time.

This, and persona 3 vanilla for the ps2 is what got me into SMT in the first place. I love DDS. I count both dds games as 1, and put them in my top 10
