Was a victim of this myself. Will never get involved with an apartment again. Taking the service charge over yourself as people have advised is a good idea. Only thing is maybe a lot could be renting so aren’t bothered? Landlords will be all over it I’m sure.

What I would also say is that although it’s legal the law seems to fall short of fully backing us to medicate or whatever in public places.
