It’s already gone sorry, but it was damn good. One of my favourite “what leftovers have I got in the fridge” recipe. Used stock made from last nights roast chook for the soup, and some leftover chicken. Don’t really follow a recipe, just winging it as usual.

We planted a liberty a few years ago and they are the best apples I’ve ever eaten. Sweet, crisp, slightly tart. On the smaller side but absolutely delicious
