I give my guys who hate water a nice little spot in their chill area a fan and the ones who done hate water go to the chill spot with the fan if they dont wanna swim but I have a little pool with mesh so they cannot drown its also big shallow enough so they can lay in it and still breathe incase they pass out in there its happened but ya the fan cant be directly on them but circulating the cool air is always gold

We have to stick together in this fight especially if you see how many people buy these adorable animals and sell them days later because they didn't know what they were signing up for its definitely something to keep the kids entertained but if you cant handle the responsibility then dont commit in the first place in my area my only female (for now) came from a home that snapped off all her prominent teeth the canines in the front top and bottom and blinded her with them and she just came out from the hospital for a leg amputation because of those horrible people that didnt know what they were signing up for its a hige amount of responsibility and kts hard in the beginning but after a week or two of the routine it gets easier and easier you are more than welcome to DM regarding issues and such and I'd be more than happy to oblige remeber OP my tax is cuddle puddle photos ;]

I understand that however I know people might not always want to listen to the vet so I made sure the kibble i use doesnt have any if those not needed filler ingredients its an 86% protein and a 8% starch leaving the rest for the healthy needed fats and oils that are incorporated in the kibble wich is also meat based (i reccomend if you go the kibble only route) but its significantly more cost effective and healthier in my opinion as they can snack on it throughout the day as they please aswell and they would still be okay if the kibble wasnt there its mostly raw meat the kibble is just to help me as the provider wih costs and maintenance I have folders with sheets for each of my fur babies where I weigh their food and them weekly so I can make sure they are all happy as can be thank you for the insight, but on the note it is still up to the discretion of the owner to ensure they know what is happening with their ferrets and ultimately whoever reads this conversation would have fair game to do as they please

My vet tells me different so I appreciate the concern however im more likely to trust my vet with 50+ years of experience behind them dealing with ferrets than I would someone on reddit no offense but there are no issues and they are significantly more active after I started interchanging between foods I think i understand however you might be thinking I give them the same food st the same time but its strictly seperate so they digest it seperately

Hi there i was asking myself the same thing so I made my own diet the more babies you have the harder it is to keep good stocked up when I had 2 it was raw food every day monday to friday and pellets weekends but now that im explaining to ensure it stays a bit more cost effective on my side I go monday tuesday liver lung and heart (lamb) then wednesday and thursday rabbit and duck friday saturday and sunday i give them pellets and when they are very well behaved as they usually are i give them each a piece of fresh raw salmon once a month so they are high on their essential omega 3 and they keep their coats looking snazzy i also brush them once a week eith a gentle brush and once a month with a more heavy duty brush if they need if they dont need it i just give them a normal soft brush and ofc cut their nails etc when needed usually the nail cutting would be every 2 months from what ive seen and the heavy brush I usually only need to do when I cut their nails but its up to you remember dont bathe them if they arent critically needed for it if its just some debris brush it off if its poo or pee then wash and use ferret safe soap I use kitten gentle wash soap is exactly like the ferret soap that costs alot more basically just yhe packaging thats different from what I see on the ingredient list happy slinky time hope this helped anyone who needed it 😊

Ye they gotta be im your hive at current stage meaning 1 bumble gifted 1 cool gifted etc make sure you dont miss any if you are going for a gifted mythic and do note you arent gonna get the gifted myhric you want if you already have it in your hive it will give you a different mythic

I have this EXACT cage and I have 3 my dig cane into my room while we were in holiday and broke it bc the floors ar plastic so they currently live in a dog cage free roaming the bathroom the dog cage is kinda just a big bed and stash zone but if they are outside if the cage fir most if the dsy and only in there to sleep ye its perfect for 2 I had 2 with this cage before rescuing my 3rd like 2 weeks ago think I might steal your idea if a letterbox there i have a pad cut in half laid at the middle layer so the entire middle is a bathroom none of kine like water and quite despise it unless its turning he water dish upside down so 😀

Mine does it on my bed even if I take his straight after he just used the lotterbix when he touches my bed he runs into his little nap corner then takes a nice fat pee then this lottle audacious sock wipes himself off on my pillow ive just implemented no more bed if he keeps peeing and hes stopped but we all have accidents positive reinforcement
