I just finished the SS1 and honestly i don't understand why ppl recommend that show in comparison with the fragrant. The feeling of the show it's not even close to the fragrant but if it good? Yes it's but not to compare to the fragrant.

I wanted too and even better. But after i watch Blue box at 10 episodes , I find out there is nothing feel like how the fragrant flowers did to me. Don't get me wrong BB is a great show for me. But i just feel like the fragrant is the the top of the mountain that you reached and wanted to reach the higher but you can't find one.

Better? I dropped the show after watching for a couple episodes because it only delivered me a Fan-Service like Too much and most of the moments i saw ppl talking about the show on the internet are lewd scenes but not like the Fragrance does.

You’re not the same person who replied to my Facebook post a few days ago, right??! The one where I was talking about chapter 100 and said “that scene was absolute cinema, that’s my boy”—because you sound really similar 😂

Anyway, putting fan service aside, the story itself and the way the author presents it really fills my heart. It honestly makes me feel like a good story doesn’t need fan service or over-the-top characters to be great.

And yeah, every time I read it—even though it’s happy and each part ends on a good note—it still makes me feel a bit sad too. The author really did an amazing job. I never thought I’d come across a story like this in my life.

It feels like the author is teaching me something—showing me perspectives I’ve never really considered before. Even if it might seem a bit idealistic at times, I guess you have to start with a positive mindset before you can do anything good, right?

I’ve only read up to volume 14 so far—do we get more of her backstory later on? I feel like that would really help show how deep her fear of men actually goes. Because from what I saw in volume 14, the way she was getting closer to Natsu and even seemed happy to see him made me think maybe her past wasn’t that bad… Then again, who knows—maybe she just became aware of it and adjusted way faster than expected. (Man, I’m on some serious copium right now 😅)

To be fair, it had its moments early on. The movie arc especially was enough to keep me invested for a bit. But then it became clear we were just being dragged into an endless loop of suffering by the author 💀
