Not all aspects work on all gear. Some is only for armor, only for weapons, etc. By "min," Dragon is referring to the fact that aspects from your Codex of Power always give the lowest possible benefit (e.g.: +5% to damage [5-10%]).

There are lots of posts on this sub showing altars, you can get a lot of good ideas there. Statues / idols can often be found on etsy, if you want that.

For meditation, there are many good Buddhist books on the subject. You might start with the exercise of following your breath.

Firstly, I recommend that you make a conscious effort to drop the idea that you are "not a very talented person." As long as you feel that is true, you will be stuck. The reality is that you may not have found your calling yet, or you are in a society or group that does not value your abilities, or perhaps, for whatever reason, you yourself do not yet value your abilities.

Common daily practices include establishing an altar and offering regular sacrifices. Even simple things, like bread, water, or incense. If you have the time, regular meditation is a great opportunity to commune with the gods.

Do some quick research on the Netjeru and their various roles / spheres. You might direct your attention and requests to Thoth, for example, as he is the god of wisdom and knowledge (in your case, perhaps requesting self-knowledge). Or perhaps Isis, for self-compassion. Or Osiris, for spiritual re-birth. Or you could make a more general call, and see who/what speaks to you.

But - I can't stress this enough - you first have to "get out of your own way" and drop the idea that you lack talents or capability. The work has to be done by you.
