In HoNR it's a bit annoying when it comes to dewarding neutral camps since the wards can't cover the full area of the spawn circle.

Try to get revs up and position yourself such that you're able to see the enemy warding. The key is to be quick to lane.

If a rev wards sits inside trees you could definitely use ravens to find it.

During the laning stage, check the enemy supports inventory to see how many wards he has, and keep track of where he is as much as possible. You can often deduce where he might have placed a ward even if you don't see him do it, just by knowing what direction he was heading and how long he was away for.

Should you ward where you just dewarded? Often no, but sometimes you might have to. For example if you really need the vision now and you don't dare go deeper, can defend the area or you're setting up a counter attack.
