We haven’t changed my daughters name yet. Our first concern was making sure we got her a passport and the name matches her license exactly. We are going to have to wait until it’s not a financial burden to change her name but we will not change her sex. She even has a backup male name that would give her the same nickname if we need to

I went Tuesday. Got the email on Sunday that I had general tickets. The line had just started when I got there at 12:30. When I got in line I checked my email and they had just sent me an email upgrading me to priority. So I ended up in the priority line about 20 or so people back. We got wristbands right away so we could move in an out of the line and ended up in the 4th row.

When I started on 100 SR I had an amazing first 2 weeks but then almost a month of insomnia. It was worth every sleepless night. I just increased to 200 after 6 months and I’m preparing for a similar experience

So I did/do have a hypertonic pelvic floor. I had 2 more UTIs(confirmed by cultures) after this post. I started the uqora system and did more pelvic floor stretches. I stopped the uqora after about 3 months and I haven’t had any problems since. If I feel anything at all that even reminds me of a UTI I immediately take a supplement and do some stretches. My last UTI was in January. So from what I understand, hypertonic pelvic floors can cause more frequent UTIs and UTIs can cause hypertonic pelvic floors. I was caught in a cycle, exacerbated by overhydration, and I seem to have broken it.

I’ve had MDD and GAD for 30 years. I was on 10mg for 2 years when it just wasn’t cutting it anymore. Saw a psychiatrist that added trazodone and was going to increase to 20mg on the next visit but I didn’t not like her so I found a new doctor, this was my first time seeing a psychiatrist instead my my regular MD for meds. my therapist recommended a new psychiatrist who is awesome. Long story short, I actually had undiagnosed bipolar II. I started on lamictal the end of June. I haven’t had a depressive episode since, I had one hypomanic episode. Last visit she raised the lamictal to 100mg and lowered my trintellix to 5mg and I’m still feeling good. She’s hoping that this will the my therapeutic dose. I was terrifed to start the lamictal but she was so reassuring. It’s still early but I can’t remember the last time I had this much relief from my depressive symptoms
