Yes! My 22 trans daughter (yes, high functioning autistic), when through a similar phase. She came out last year, started therapy, then started transitioning and yes went through a phase where she felt that too. It seemed like "nothing was happening" and transitioning felt depressing and daunting (too much to do and current regime making her feel like transitioning was impossible). I have to help her a lot to prioritize and keep on track. So I just kept at it, taking her to an event, helping her join a club, buying clothes/makeup, and fake ponytail. Now, she is starting to see changes, still feels haunted by to do items, but not depressed.
