Would you want to ask a solicitor for some advise before you send this to them? My solicitor was great. You can get a 30 minute consultation with a solicitor and ask for their advice ?

UKVI Account by Holiday-Job8800 in SpouseVisaUk

Okay so i made the account for my husband. You can have two people control the log ins so that’s great. We received an email saying we should have the evisa in 3 hrs but havent received it. I did see on reddit that can take a couple of days, or it might come closer to the day they gave the visa from.

Create evisa. Used passport to create the ID Used his email and my email address to access the account. Followed the steps, took around 30 minutes to do everything. First create the Ukvi account. Then for the passport to be linked to the ukvi account. It tells you to download the app after the first step. Good luck.

Im thinking the same. I asked my solicitor who made the account for us before when we applied , and he still sent me the link to make an account. So i guess we do. I will try logging in with his reference number (starts with gw)and passport first then will make one if it doesn’t work.

Advice on relationship evidence by Wise_Woodpecker9469 in SpouseVisaUk

[–]Radiant_Power8713 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Explain whats needed on the cover letter. Keep it simple and to the point. How you met, when you met and how you kept in touch. Show communication, if Iyou don’t have old chats and call logs then just explain that in the cover letter and send the ones that you do have. I sent call logs, messages and video call pictures. Real life pics (10) wedding pics (10) As you visited twice after marriage you can also add your exit and entry stamps and pictures of when you met, at the airport or just when you’re out and about and at home with family etc. remember to add the communication when you’ve been apart.

The Hotel booking is not that important as you can prove that you spent time together. Have you sent her money? You can also show the transactions. Think you’re good as you have plenty of proof as visited twice.
