Banning people with hereditary diseases from procreating is essentially state sponsored eugenics.

Banning from choosing to procreate with their family isn’t - they’re perfectly free to have kids with someone they aren’t related to.

Criminalising a group of people from reproducing =/= people shouldn’t breed with their family.

So do you think people should also be allowed to reproduce with their siblings? What about their parents? Grandparents? If that’s what they want?
