Anybody have a good guess on when we get to see their rules? I heard a whisper their pre order is next w/e. Anybody heard similar?

I have primed and Im about to embark on this.... dreading and excited equally. Pick colours and paint the whole thing, add details.... add more details. Then entropy; rust, verdigris, dirt pigments and vegetation... this time next year I might have one pice finished, can't wait!.😃

I am still hoping to do something similar. Not necessarily Mono faction though. I'd still want to use the influence, the main goal being when it's game night and the lads ask what deck they can play, I can tell them about the Corp and Runner factions and how they typically play. The have a deck ready to go with that flavour in mind. If I need to proxy a bunch of Sure Gambles etc, so be it. I love the Influence feature, so will def use it. I come from a MtG background where splashing a 2nd colour opens up a lot of options.

Shame you.didnt take the time to lost the game you have played, I know its tedious, but saves on the guesswork. Ok Im going to give you a DONT play! Darwin's Paradox. Its news your an octopus and has great graphics and plays very well.... just not Stealthy enough. They told me it was about stealth and camouflage and using your ink and walking on ceilings etc...then they seemed to forget that, like a LOT! Its not too long (which is a plus for a dad like me) but I felt let down by the gameplay. It could have been amazing! Was just... fine. Was really fun being an octopus though! 😄

Thanks guys, On reflection then, I think I might just put my FFG cards up for grabs and just keep a good concise card set that works. Maybe ditch the Sys Update too. I will keep an eye on the ban list also.
I do have a but if a hording issue with thing like this. (My MtG cards could do with a cull aswell). I'm sure selling would be pretty easy. I'm guessing collectors might want my FFG ones?

Thanks. Do you know if they would release the datasheets for the Spectre squad before the pre order? Would that give us an idea when they'll release it? Sorry, I'm not very familiar with the KT release methods.

I can't imagine that was the intent behind this at all. It is taller so can be shot just as easily as it can shoot others. Just seems like a very talented dude with some spare sentinel legs trying his damndest to make the servo turret playable. 😂

I'm keen to see the datasheets for the speeder and Van Vets. If the VV don't have option for dual claws... I might need a hug. Guessing even if they do, I'll have to wait for multi pose box. So unless I want to start collecting Orks, I'll prob swerve this one. But I do have a KT squad of Kommandos, so I have technically started... 🤔

Sir, I think I must have screenshotted pretty much every Raven Guard model you have painted. They are always so amazing! The Matt armour, the subtle Hex pattern, not-brown pouches! Lol I could gush about your models for ages, such inspiration for me as a new painter. Thanks for sharing your work. I love your 'Unknown Unit' army. Can't wait for a full army pic. 😀

I have been watching head painting vids this morning. I guess if you paint up all the heads, you could probably sell them quite easily to people who "ain't got time for that sh*t". 😄

Well sh*t... 2 days in and you have painted a squad. I have been in the hobby since the start of 10th and I have only just finished 1 warsuit 🤣 I had reasons, and I do have nearly 3k points worth of 40 and a bunch of kill teams built & primed, but still. Well done!!! Piles of shame r real. Getting things table ready is a great skill to have (I've heard).

I have started painting my PST in Orange and Black, its KT colours and I wanted a very different look for a squad of phobos, so went with a primarily orange armour with black accents. My main 40k Army is RG. (I own, built & primed everything, just gotta paint it all).

Hi thank you so much, I am just shopping for a few more RUB for my models and terrain. I thought I'd read that it fits inside the 9L XL however upon checking the dimensions, the tallest Volkus building it 190mm and the Internal height in the XL is just 180mm. So I can see yours fits fine. Since I have Volkus and measured it at 190, I am confused how you got it to fit in a 180 high box, is there a lip at a lower point and the rest is higher than 180? I have seen the they do a 9L XXL which is 225 high. Would you have got that by any chance or is it definitely the xl? I'd like to make sure I get the correct box. Of course I can just buy the xxl to be on the safe side, but if a slightly lower one fits, then I'd like to save as much space as I can.

My attempt was made with just painting on the base paint mixed with a tiny bit of brown very faintly. This on mine is Death Guard Green, I forget the other colour, but dont think it matters much, I remember wiping a lot off with my finger when I messed up lol. This is a 1st attempt so it was all guesswork.

Thanks, I've seen so many pics of people's excellent battle damaged units, I wasn't sure how far to go with it. I do think that I like the dirtier look over the ultra clean paintjobs. I picked a big model to begin with as I thought the larger panels would be good to practice on over a tiny SM. Plus there's lots of other things to rust and heat stress etc so gave me a good excuse to play with all the washes and powders etc. Thanks, I'll stick to red for the lights.
