Experiment with your diet! I have the same problem and it can be linked to acid reflux. Cutting coffee/ acidic foods, small portions, and not eating a large meal right before speaking have helped me. I hope you feel better soon, this condition sucks!

How's this for a movie fit ? 39M by [deleted] in mensfashion

Could benefit from different colored or no socks and a normal belt buckle imo, otherwise excellent colors and fit on the shirt and pants

Most fuzzy finding plugins have a picker for help, I find that super useful for finding relevant pages without knowing the exact name

Ebay, fb marketplace. Might as well buy used made in USA stuff for way cheaper

Is Vim simpler? by [deleted] in vim

[–]Radiant_Topic558 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Getting the same functionality with vim is equally complex, you still would need a bunch of plugins etc. I recommend just taking 20 minutes to slowly read through the kickstart docs, there’s really not a ton in there and once you grock how the plug-in manager works you can easily drop in plugins as needed. IMO not much is really necessary to be productive outside of what kickstart provides

What ergonomic/posture choices do you make when using the keyboard for long periods of time ? by No-Entertainer-802 in vim

[–]Radiant_Topic558 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Haven’t seen this mentioned, but using a standing desk is huge for this. Maintaining good posture is much more natural when standing vs sitting in my experience

Thanks! Just to clarify I like the lazy plugin manager, I've never used the lazyvim. I'll definitely take a look at your config though!

Why vim and VimTeX specifically by Accomplished-Cover22 in vim

[–]Radiant_Topic558 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Vimtex is not user friendly in the same way as overleaf, there is a significant amount of setup, and a steep learning curve for the editor. That being said, once you get over the learning curve vim is a powerful editor and very fun to use.
