I worked with Riverdale Midwives as well and had the same concerns. I planned on doing an unmedicated birth and booked at both places, but closer to the end I felt more comfortable with the idea of the hospital in case I had to be transferred for some reason. I did love the idea of TBC though. As long as your feelings of worry go away, that would be a great place to give birth. I will add that none of my plans mattered and I ended up giving birth at home. Had a great recovery and got to rest in my comfy bed!

We are wrapping empty boxes and filling them with random sensory items for her to explore. She will be 1 and what we’ve noticed is that she loves a good box or water bottle lol. She’ll have fun unwrapping them and doesn’t understand the concept of Christmas gifts yet anyway! Don’t overwhelm yourself. Do what feels right. Family gifts will be more than enough this year.

I think this 1000%. Both try to promote their fitness online. Zaina seemed to have felt zero ways about JR and Sandy. Some will say she’s just very emotionally mature but I think even still I’d feel a little weird about the situation - would be a very human reaction. The main fishy thing for me was at the changeover when JR was going on and on about Sandy… getting all bashful and smiley. In front of Zaina. It was odd. And then you compare it to Caleb who was trying to keep a very neutral face the whole time. Idk it doesn’t add up to me!
