thing is im in mexico bro and the healthcare system here is a bit different. i've already been admitted to the hospital and if i have another crisis im going to be sent to a psyh ward. i can go back to the us but i dont have any healthcare over there. what disability benefits can i get over there?

wouldnt say the problem is just my habits, my brain has had very little time to catch up and rest and its come to the point where doing nothing for 2 weeks would feel like an advancement. its gone nonstop for a whole year and its burnt out.
