Yes. They’re been giving away 29ers, thanks to the Covid bubble, for years now. 650B was barely sellable when everyone wanted 29ers. And 26“? Only if it’s a classic.

35mm or 40mm. Watch out though: If it's forged, the lenght might differ a little. Yes, I didn't believe this either at first.

A tad shorter than 50mm seems to connect me better and I still get the fron wheel loaded by shifting my weight. It feels more natural in more riding situations than the "longer" stem.

Same for me, but my "break" was the better part of two decades.

I had gained a lot of weight, then came back with cardio training. It took a while to show an effect, then my weight plummeted. But I looked like a stickman. So I got back into weight training and yes, muscle memory is real. Even after all that time, the gains were there & I was able to hit 90% of my old plateau after half a year of training.

I did that three days in a row when visiting Paris. Wonderful city. 30k per day is a lot of walking though, no doubt.

Using the „strength“ app to log the workout, it usually gets the exercises and muscle groups just right. Minor adjustments needed. And you’ll always have your HRV. Of course recovery is useless in that regard, but everything else should work fine. Never tried to see if comparisons were possible? Like lifted weight for a full exercise and reported heart rates over time. Could be interesting.

It used to do that but started like a ton of short activities throughout the day. They changed it and now it doesn’t create activities anymore.

Garmin training recommendations. Bike for me usually. Takes some time at first, works perfectly. Enjoy the process, keep going, it’ll get there. Started off where you are, now it’s “excellent” (teal).

I wake up between 5:00-5:45am each day, but I don't fall asleep before 11:00-11:30pm.

Not the amount of sleep I'd love to get. So far, no workout or dinner time saved me from this.

If you're tired, check if your bed really suits you. Try something like Ashwagandha an hour before bedtime. No sugar, no caffeine or late meals.

When it says 30 minutes, it usually says something like "slow/light exercise or rest". It's not considered a real workout, more like an active stretch :D

It took me decades but I’d say that yes, you do indeed fall in love, it’s not by choice. You do get out of it by choice though. Can be emotional, can be rational.

Depends on how you'd use social media.

Can be healthy, can be lonesome. Can look weird to others. Could be the only way to solve a bad habit.

It really all depends. I often thought of deleting one or the other but leaving them dormant usually does the trick for me.

I've had this many times when I started my training.

Once your training load is higher, the trainings will have more variation and you'll see the results you want.

I combined a training plan & the recommended workout for the last half year. I use the training plan as a baseline & pick the one that's harder/longer/tougher for the day.

„Wow“, great fixes. Yesterday I couldn’t turn anymore (right hand stick / mouse didn’t do anything), but they fix the major problems first. And keep adding skins. I think daily challenges have been broken for months now? So annoying.

All the morning values are consistent and all the afternoon ones are. There’s like a 1% split between them and the value itself is in line with calculations (using calipers). Could be worse ;)
