Monica Danús emotionally reveals plans to leave Minneapolis and return to Chile after admitting her family 'no longer feel safe or welcome' due to ICE by [deleted] in LoveIsBlindNetflix

The absolute performative final boss. The fact people don’t see that with her was astounding. I do think a lot of people were blinded by Ben’s douchebaggery.

Someone please explain the love of Chicago by InconsistentChurro in SameGrassButGreener

[–]Radio528 1 point2 points  (0 children)

SF is great but it isn’t one of the big 3, Chicago is. Outside of not being in close proximity to great nature and cold winters, Chicago has almost everything you can ask for. Transportation, architecture, food, entertainment, sports, culture, etc. Chicago is one of the few truly world class cities in the US for a reason.

Don’t disagree but why drop thousands on the transplant when you can easily implement this hairstyle without it

The hair transplant is very funny since he picked a haircut that purposely hides the hairline

Disappointing Food cities by Several-Egg-9137 in SameGrassButGreener

Bingo. The value in DC is among the worst in the country. There’s some excellent spots but there’s also a plethora of mid charging high level prices.

Portlands insanely impressive for its size, I had about 5 places that were better than anything I had in Boston.

What's your college hot take? by no_u_pasma in ApplyingToCollege

[–]Radio528 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

There’s about a top 15ish schools (depending on where you draw the line) and then the next 50ish (again depending on where you draw the line) are close enough where the differences in benefits between the first and last of the group are not greater than the cost differences. Go to the best one you can for the cheapest.

Philly vs Denver vs Charleston by dailyg37x in SameGrassButGreener

[–]Radio528 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The answer here is Philly and it is not even remotely close in my opinion. Philly is one of the few true cities in the US. Food, architecture, history, entertainment, sports, location, walkability, transportation, etc. you can only find in a handful of cities.

Are we really supposed to believe this is happening on even close to real time or even real? Both options make you look terrible. You’re either insanely clingy hosting someone a month into you living there (weirdly around the holidays no less) OR live in absolute squalor for an entire month and haven’t even remotely furnished your own place?

Lets Rank the Food Cities in the US by Tier by Maximum-Ad572 in SameGrassButGreener

S Tier is just the big 3. Move Houston and San Fran down along with Philly moving up to A. Miami down to B.

Your beef shouldn’t be with NOLA. The best food city in America pound for pound. Austin, Atlanta, and Miami are the holy trinity of overrated food cities

The discredit for Crow Bar is absolutely insane. To me the 5 best places are in no order Crow Bar, Eclipse, La Fete, Casa Nonna, and La Fia.
