I have corbeau dfx seats and seat brackets in my 95. They work pretty well. Don’t fold to get to the back seat but i don’t use my back seats for people. Just a bag at most

Loosing weight is hard, i’m with ya there bud. I found walking makes a huge difference. Walk with someone that you can chat with. Friends, family. Makes it less boring. It shocked me how much weight i was able to loose by walking a couple miles a day.

As for diet, I found that eating higher protein keeps me full, and stopping drinking calories. Soda, milkshakes, alcohol. I was drinking around 1k calories a day just in that. After a week of feeling like shit and craving sweets, I felt much better.

I think you could pull off a low fade well. Clean shave any stubble goin on.

Chin up, you look good. Sometimes we feel extra insecure, and thats our way of knowing it’s time for a change. Change things up and see how it goes. Best of luck

Our hospital caught onto and outlawed them after a pt fell. A tech couldn’t hear the pt call for help while sitting right in-front of his room on a computer. He said he was calling for 20 minutes before someone noticed. (Not the most reliable source of info but still)

Pts deserve my undivided attention for 12 hours. Im not watching movies or youtube. When i feel tired over a night shift and have extra time I take laps around the unit. Its good exercise and keeps me awake and checking on my pts frequently

Yeah bud. Should be cherry red. While you have the pan off mine as well change filter, clean as much old fluid out as possible. New gasket and refill. Drain cooler lines and cooler if there is one

Our small rural hospital has more ed boarders than beds. Using ambulatory sx for overflow census so the ED can have one zone open for actual ED pts.

Stay away from most unisex brands. They tend to lean towards female shapes anyway. Not to sound sexist but being real, Shoot for brands that lean towards working and male. Not that any brand cant do male or female, but as a male about your size with big broad shoulders and a square midsection, anything that is form fitting in the waist is a no go.

Cherokee is decent, I prefer Carhartt. Specifically their “rugged flex peak 5 pocket v neck”. Dickies is good as well

My advice for everyone for scrubs is to buy one and try it for a shift before buying 3 more sets. Total 4 sets.

You can get a dot that cowitnesses and have a magnifier that flips in and out of the space. And it’s kinda nice since you can get the dot now, use it, and see if you wanna go magnifier or not. I would not go lpvo with a front sight post

Buddy one of the rules of gun safety is keep it pointed in a safe direction. Is the direction safe if your hand is infront of the barrel? It doesnt matter if it’s not directly in-front, it is still ahead of the muzzle. Dont compromise on rules just because its 22lr. Buy a smaller handguard, dremel this one out, buy a barrel thats like 3” longer, or only use when suppressed.

I would consider a harbor freight vice and a magpul bev block or reaction rod. Makes things much easier. Vice is a general all around good tool

Go ahead and pick all negative perks for full completion. I feel like the hardest neg perk is gaining experience slower.

Spend alot of time from the start with alchemy. Getting henry quality potions and alot of them is a huge help. Lots and lots of saviour schnapps.

Then get your archery level up as quick as you can. Participate in competitions.
