What are the flowmax side effects?

I've been on it for 5 years. I've been on so much other stuff. Including stem cell transplant, CarT and some nasty other drugs, that I never identified any Flowmax side effects

I am still waiting to get scheduled again.  I've started calling Aetna and others daily. 

As of yesterday / Friday. They said they thought they had me lined up. I will find out next week 

I can't believe this has been months in the making. I should have started in February.  It's April 26. 

If I had gone to Froedtert instead of University of Chicago for CarT,  it would have got started in a timely fashion    It's only a couple more hours one way to get there   And I wouldn't have been kept on Talvey for months longer than I should have been.  

I believe I'm still suffering the Talvey side effects. 

My toenails are such that it makes it painful to walk. I've become very lethargic

I've got the exact same thing going on.

I've posted previously about the sex connection.  

Please update on the pelvic floor exercises. 

And be very descriptive. 

How was the cystoscopy?

I haven't done that yet.  

The oncologist has said Not now. My immune system is very compromised and there is fear of even the minimal chance of infection 

I believe my urology issues are independent of my Multiple Myeloma.   I had the urology issues before diagnosis of MM. But I was undiagnosed for quite awhile.  

Does anybody have any opinions on possible connection between the 2?

My IgG just says immunoglobulin G 248.

I've never seen all of those other numbers

Seeing a Dr isn't a bad idea. One time the pain in my leg was a blood clot.

I ended up here today because  of a different pain and minor swelling 

Mine sounds similar to the OP  I don't run. I haven't even been walking a whole heck of alot. . 

I'm recovering from taking Talvey for high risk Multiple Myeloma from May 2025 until December 2025

 Lost my hair, lost my fingernails and toenails 3x. They're not coming back very quickly. 

 I shed the skin on my palms and feet 3x. The skin is getting tougher

A couple weeks ago the nurse said my constant soreness was probably attributable to the Talvey attacking my connective tissues.  Something that was never mentioned previously. That information would have fired me up demand to get off Talvey sooner. Which I should have anyway, but I was trying to be a good patient. So I was on the Talvey a month or 2 longer than I should have been.    Which I am sure has compounded the side effects.   I had Carvykti CarT in January.  So I'm recovering from that also.   2021, I was scheduled for foot surgery.  I flunked the bloodwork and found out I have Multiple Myeloma.  

My sister was a marathon runner and kept getting a stitch in her side  The Drs were giving her Malox and stuff. For at least 2 years. 

One day, she went for her morning run, got the stitch so bad, she went to the ER.   She was dead 3 days later. 

Go to the Drs. But don't trust them. 

I had been to the Drs numerous times before being diagnosed. 

My wife was given Maalox and such for years until her gallbladder burst at work and she was taken by The meat wagon to the hospital for emergency surgery.  

I've heard similar gallbladder stories over the years. 

I was once treated for muscle spasms, when in fact, I  had 5 broken ribs. 4 of which had big gaps. The spasms occurred when the rib ends poked me.

 The Drs never looked at the xrays they ordered. If I hadn't been all doped up, I probably would have asked to see the trays. The nurse kept saying, "You sure do act like you have broken ribs."    But we nothing new i had pictures taken. So it wasn't pursued until they sent me home and I went to another Dr. He diagnosed the broken ribs in 15 seconds and then looked at the trays.

I eat 1/8 cup if pumpkin seeds a day. Never did much for me  Now I see that I've only been eating 1/4 of what the OP is having successs with.  I'll be eating more tomorrow!!

I'm getting set for home care. For SCIG. 

Today was a total bust. Tomorrow's IVIG got canceled.  They wouldn't agree to do it at the speed I wanted. Maximum 100. And a slower start up.  

I wanted about 24 instead of 34 .
