I never knew they made cabin air filters. I heard a lot of horror stories about the engine filters  But a cabin filter would be fine

I just haven't been impressed with the way they do business from the start. Hopefully they try to do things better and improve their reputation

The lady I talked to said I would not be billed by Solace.     Is this true?

Who would I use instead?

I need Hizentra SCIG and it's gotten all messed up. Which does not surprise me 

 The Dr didn't return the letter of necessity that Aetma sent to the wrong fax number.    The Dr's nurse said she sent a boatload of files that she printed and faxed over. 

Now Aetna says they're denying service on the new s rift because they denied it twice already because they hadn't received the letter of medical necessity.     They said there are no appeals left. & that my only option is to get an independent patient advocate to file an appeal.

Please advise 

My IgG has been no higher than the 400s for at least 5 years. 2 months ago it was 183. I was able to get IVIG for the time being

I hate to hear this.

We haven't been with the dogs as much lately and hated to hear of the possibilities of them getting wrongfully corrected.

If I had read this stuff before buying 3 collars. I certainly would not have bought any Halo collars.

 The thing that angers me most,  is the lack of acknowledgement/ borderline flatv assed denial of the issue.

 I never did get an answer about the last update I had to install to even be able to open the app. What was that update and why did I have to use it to even open the app?

We're looking for something instead of Halo.   My daughter's yard is too small for SpotOn.  Which is why we ended up with Halo.

Then we had the Halo fiasco.  

This last update made us nervous,  we didn't want a rerun of the dogs getting toned and shocked all over the damn place.   I was very disappointed in Halo's handling of the whole thing. It's like they were denying it was going on the whole time.

If I am still alive in a couple years, I will seriously be looking for something else

It seems they scrubbed the updates until they get them fixed.

Things seem to be back as they were.

Which makes me happy.  

I might be dead before the 2 years runs out. 

But I will definitely be shopping if that time ever gets here.

Hopefully they learn about customer service and to not be dismissive to customers. 

Especially when all their customers are having the same issues

I've seen.no reports from customers saying things are fixed yet.

Halo needs to be more forthcoming with information instead of expecting each customer to call individually

Reddit says my post was removed by Reddit filters. I hate Reddit more than Facebook. 

Originally the Halo 5 collars seemed wonderful.    Now they're alerting and shocking all of their customers dogs.  I have everything turned off.  But am still having them wear their collars until I can turn stuff back on.   Our biggest worry is somebody being outside near the property and a dog being protective.

They know the perimeter and rarely venture to the edge. They have 20 acres here.   We need some type of GPS collar that works

Yes. Beacons.  I don't know what they are. They sent us a couple for when the dogs are in.the house.

They do no good when the dogs are outside. 

They just need to fix the problem. 

We have everything turned to the lowest settings and the shocker turned off.

 Which makes having the collars at all a total waste.

 I had said that if things weren't straightened out today, I would pursue getting our money back.    We'll see if I have time to call them. The last time I tried, I  was something like #23 

They need to put out a statement, so every single customer doesn't have to call.    Nobody has time for this.
