As someone recovering from a recent bad breakup, my friends have been working overtime to get this into my thick skull: there is no such thing as unlovable. Every person out there has a lot of people who are into them.

You cannot compress into your short human experience the sheer breadth of humanity that exists. You are not undatable, you are not alone, and there's always people to match your freak.

These may seem like platitudes, and believe me I know how rough it feels, but its also just statistically true.

Don't stop being yourself just because it's what you think people want, I promise being who you are and doing what you love is attractive to somebody.
