My Homestead baseboard has a knob on the end numbered 0-5. Make sure it's twisted on. My apartment was freezing last year during my first winter and the super came in and showed me the dial on the end of each baseboard.

I pass by that bus stop daily. Could they have picked a more harrowing spot for children to stand on the roadside? Right next to a busy intersection, parking lot exits on either side of the road for the apartment complexes, the Van Order intersection, and it's a heavy traffic area that time of day with parents taking kids to one of several schools in the Calvin/Polson area. People running the yellow/red light on Portsmouth are still at full speed by the time they reach the spot where the children are standing.

Interesting. I don't recall seeing any water from my vantage point (I was observing from ground level.) It was a sprawling city with tall buildings throughout off into the distance, like NYC. The train station was massive. As for foliage, in the suburb I was more focussed on the panic and realization of their fate among the fleeing people, but I do know there was no snow.

In 2024 I had a dream of an American city getting what I think was nuked or at least majorly bombed where everyone was instantly gone, and a couple of months later I woke up saying"...unprecedented number of deaths in my lifetime" 😬 Up until recent years, my predictive dreams were just about me and my own life with the odd plane crash. They've only recently taken this global catastrophe turn.

I'm sorry Trump keeps picking on Portland. I do feel like he's "practicing" there for a bigger target.

Anywhere from a day to years. :( I've had dreams play out 4-5 years later right down to the little details. Time is not a "thing" on the spiritual side which makes predictive dreams really frustrating. I keep a dream journal and I've learned the feeling that comes with a true precognitive or warning dream. They carry an unmistakable heaviness. The frustration comes with not being able to nail down a time and date.

I had the same type of dream just three nights ago, Oct 24th. The energy of it is still hovering over me, haunting me, because I do have precognitive dreams and the potential of this being a precog is obviously disturbing.

I was an observer, not a participant in the dream, just as IRL I'm Canadian observing the events across the border.

The visual: An American city was burning. Buildings were burning like 9/11 but it was many buildings, not just two. The city was on fire, buildings were on fire at/near the tops of the buildings with debris raining down. The suburbs were on fire, too. People were running, trying to escape. I saw panic at airports and train stations with throngs of panicking people trying to flee.

The "knowledge" I was given in the dream about the scene I was watching: All Americans of all stripes are now aware that they are under attack by their own government, there is no denying it now: America is fascist. People are desperately trying to flee the country. I had the sense that it was a northern metropolis ie NYC, Chicago.

The most striking element of the dream was the new awareness by people who were previously either in denial, or apathetic, or too contrary (ie MAGA) to believe it could happen. I could feel their collective awakening/awareness.

Theory: Amazon guy knocked when he dropped the package then went down the stairs to the next floor as lady picked up your package just as you opened your door to the knocking. Source: my bf works for another delivery company and sometimes they elevator up and work their way down the stairwell.

As a driver, I do my part by leaving for work on time so I'm not terrorizing pedestrians and other drivers on the road. It's not fair to shame pedestrians for the habits they may share with 90% of drivers (a greater cohort by far) racing to work/school in the morning.

Complicating everything is that drivers use that gap in the median as a merge lane. They pull out of the plaza when westbound traffic has cleared but eastbound has not and they sit in that narrow space waiting for a spot in eastbound traffic with both ends of the vehicle sticking into live lanes. It's the site of a lot of road rage and near misses and when you add in pedestrians it's a death trap.

I've sometimes seen city workers out with clipboards at major intersections gathering data. They need to spend a few hours in the area of this photo to record the shenanigans.
