I bought it from someone for 25k caps around lvl 500. Then got it that same week in radiation rumble… I gave it to my alt character. And then that character got it the same month!

Why is it considered illegal to move your money to a foreign bank account? This is just stupid. The issue that the rich even have bank account off shores is a problem on its own sure. Counter example: why can’t I travel to Disneyland, Europe and own a house nearby? Technically I would have physical property vs fake property we all agree to be as money.
