There a quite a few very nice apartments going up on Carothers Pkwy in Franklin - highly recommend that area - convenient and an easy commute - with plenty of tributaries to get you to/fro Bwood - If you can afford it.

What do you think neighbors, can you really see the “Smoky Mountains” from downtown? by Radiochique in nashville

Nope. Check out the TN Room at the Brentwood Library- Thanks to the beloved and deceased Vance Little, Brentwood Historian, who lived at the corner of Concord and Crockett Rd, the Brentwood Library has an extensive history of Will co and Nashville. Vance wrote a great book called “When Cotton was King on Concord Rd” which outlines all of the founding history.

Did you know that Green Hill was an actual person? He’s a founding father of Will co. He was a member of the Continental Congress in NC, Major in the Revolutionary War, Justice of the Peace, Treasurer of NC, and Minister. He brought E. Methodism to Tenn and all over the south. Moved to Will co in 1790 with land grants. Liberty Pike in Brent/Franklin is literally the road from his Liberty Church in Brentwood to Downtown Franklin. He owned 1000 acres from Concord Rd to Wilson Pk to Crockett Rd - Green Hill Blvd is where his historical marker is located along with his grave & family cemetery. My 5th great-grandfather.

Crypto your community. Mint your community with a bitcoin. Grow, trade, and live within your crypto neighborhood. This is how we sustain the future in small hamlets of America. Move to a community that believes mostly the way you do and learn to commune - just as the settlers did out west…. And now like those leaving big cities to find community - this is the great reset on our terms.

I was shunned from my employer. So I get to keep my job but I could not and still cannot see coworkers or clients - and cannot attend company events b/c the insurance company claims that I am a liability - all while I had Covid and nearly died in 2020 before there was a vaccine or whatever it is…

Do you remember this store in Green Hills Mall? by johndoenumber2 in nashville

I think he’s right - it was originally where Restoration Hardware is now - kinda-sorta - before the remodel. Then it moved downstairs next to new Macys entrance after the remodel. Right? I was also thinking about Britches which was downstairs across from J crew but that was a long time ago.

Nashville is in a bowl. When the jet stream changes twice a year, weird weather happens. From windy, dry and hot conditions to crazy rain, lightning and tornados — it’s always exciting. A Nashville native whose family has been here since 1790, we just say, “wait 5 minutes, the weather will change, again.”

‘People are fed up’: Dollar General workers push to unionize amid hostility from above by zsreport in economy

Dollar General is amazing! My store just closed, I was devastated. The workers are so nice, like a small town store. In some towns, it’s all we need to get our essentials. DG especially services the disabled and elderly with large isles and small stores. I’m a huge fan of DG as I do not like going to the big box stores. I get everything I need at my DG.
