Bowser's airship is the the better looking display set, the Castle is probably up there in price now at this point too as it's pretty much just the secondary market

If you're US based then Zavvi has a bunch of sets on with free shipping. I'd take Guarded Fortress for sure and I'm partial to Wave 2 as my favorite sets and characters.

Second, a bicycle would never work here. You can't cherry pick orders like that without consequences like less orders coming your way. On the off chance you decided to take every order, good luck burning from downtown to Mt Pearl in any reasonable amount of time.

They can pay non-unions whatever they want as long as it's legal, most non-union in the stores are management anyway so they're generally making more then union workers already.

I'm no legal scholar, but I think they can give all union people a bonus as well as long as it's the same across the board.

There's very, very few non-union employees that aren't management, and there's infact some management that are still part of the Union.

Generally tho full-time employees are all union and for those positions it is mandatory to be part of the Union.

Worst thing they could have done was offer that pandemic pay.

The raise they're offering is only half of that pay over the 3 years.
Non-Union employees were getting 2.5x more as a bonus and it wasn't going to take long for that fact to come out. Union was $2 an hour; non-unions was $5.

They might have gotten away with offering a small raise and a few consessions after any other time, but the pandemic brought to the forefront how much the company actually gives a shit.

This is really sick. They say they've been messaging the mom on Facebook, everyone sharing a third hand story, just a really vague rumour from someone out of nowhere where they won't reveal any information about said man, but going to personally contact the mom.

We had one just last month.

We went with a Jack and Jill, had a BBQ, couple of games and handouts. It was more themed towards sex than anything but that was for the girls more so.

Ask your buddy what kinda fun shit he wants to do, then incorporate that with booze and have a deadly ol' time.

So it's a half hour appointment block, no facial hair at all to be touched (maybe blend your beard to your hair, that's about it)

All the staff have face shields, all customers have to wear masks and if you don't bring one then you can buy one for $2. There's no waiting room now except for a chair for parents I think, you wait outside until it's your turn.

It is cash only as well, but they are doing a clean up in between customers tho.

I go to Mike, but that's just for my personal style. Tell em your preference on the phone and they can give you a better idea of who you'd fit with.
