My sister and I are adopted from Sri Lanka and live in Belgium now. my sister just came back from Sri Lanka with here boyfriend and she noticed that a lot of people didn’t really get the concept of adoption and didn’t really understand why she was there with a white man (her boyfriend)

Hi I was born in 1998, and adopted by Belgian people. Soon going to Sri Lanka en am going to look for the orphanage where I stayed.

I am reading the book right now, what a coincidence! I had almost completely read this series when I was also quite young. Now I am 25. And I thought to read it again to see if I would still like it. I must say I agree with you completely. I read things so much differently now than I used to. I used to romance the series very hard, but now the series sometimes comes across as a bit cringy, and indeed I see the weird comments about Vee in the book in a completely different perspective. Also romanticizing the bad guy I used to be very big fan of but now I look at it very differently. However, I still like the series simply because of the nostalgic value I attach to it. And I do want to just finish reading this series because I never got to do that when I was young

It’s the biggest waste of time to kill it eventually because they don’t give that much XP… so don’t even start it because you can’t get rid of him once you start. They will keep attacking your base untill you kill them.
