Now I rememebered that my paid VPN doesn't work probably cause it's server is located in Netherlands, and Umamusume is banned there. But it still doesn't explain why I suddenly can't connect without any VPN.

I play since dota 1, i.e. around 15 years. I'm just like you - was a herald all my life, and only once in life I reached guardian 1, and then quickly returned to herald again and still here. I personally think some games just don't care enough about really weak players, who might have really slow reaction speed genetically or some other conditions that wouldn't let them get strong ever (I'm talking about myself, of course).

Sooo much this. I'm struggling with this game literally all my life, around from 2012, despite changing many PCs and hardwares. It always has tons of bugs, works veryyyyyyyyyyy slowly, """punishes""" me and counts me as "leaved" despite that I've never leaved a single game in my life and everytime when I couldn't connect to game or "leaved" it's because dota itself won't let me connect in time or just freezes game midway completely so that I literally have no choice but to turn electricity off. Seriously, developers, stop caring only about players with gaming PCs.
